Hi All, I cant find a way to post a new post apologies' for using this method.

I have a SRCS C3 when in use it constantly switches off ,has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix. Thanks

I seem to recall someone saying their Shuberth system suffered with thermal overload as it aged. It would run for say a hour initially, then shut down. Upon restart it would run, then shut down in a decreasing time cycle. BTW, I'm assuming the battery is good & firmware up-to-date.

I don't think there was a solution beyond simple replacement. How old is yours?

Hi squibb 34
Many thanks for your response.
Its the connection to the other rider which seems to "go to sleep" unless you are constantly talking. it will reconnect sometimes but is so frustrating and potentially dangerous if you need to warn the other rider of a dangerous situation ,which has occurred. I'm sure its older than 5/7yrs. software is V.3.0

I had one of these (more than 10 years ago). It was new. It was perfect for listening to GPS. It was utterly useless for communicating with other riders.

My advice is throw it away and replace it with a Sena SC10UA, if you want something that fits the C3/C3 Pro invisibly. Even the SC10UA is old tech these days. The SRC is from the same generation as two Ovaltine cans a a piece of string...
