It'll be the usual method- when i get a confirmed date they'll be ready i'll post it up and they'll be available on the gs shop website.

That was a 30 yard slide up the road . You'll notice that the head cover has sustained sight damage . Thats because I didn't fit the protective rubber spacers that Neil supplied .

At least unlike my unprotected rocker cover it was / is rideable and you dident need the rac to collect it or a bill for a new rocker cover!!.

Fitting them.
Looks like a faf but actually fitting the rubber inserts is pretty easy.
I used contact adhesive along the edges, let it go off for 10 mins, put the rubber in a container of hot water. Once the glue was ready, I just stuck the nice soft dried strips straight on. Then a little bit of fettling was required to get the rear mtgs aligned(drilled the rear holes bigger and ground a bit off the same bosses)
Rubber sits snug against the heads so you need a little leverage to get the final holes aligned.
Job done in 25 mins.

I had the same problems, bit of richness in the castings but all now ok.

Clear silicone works very well. You just squirt a line of it where you're going to put the tubing which gives a nice sticky goo that holds the tubing in place while the silicon dries.
