Standard pannier sizes?

Can any body tell me what size ( in litres ) the standard system panniers are please. I'm guessing the one on the exhaust side is less. I'm wanting to get some dry bags to put in them but don't have a clue as to what size to order. Ta.

I seem to remember the plastic ones are 35 and 28 ltrs, but I'm probably wrong, but those numbers seem to be etched into the gray matter for some reason.
