Standard Suspension Settings

Any ideas as to what the standard out of the factory suspension settings are for an 09 GS ??? How many clicks on the rear adjuster, what position on the front twsity thingy, and where are the arrows on the twiddly thing at the bottom of the shock ??? (Technical init !!)

Want to ensure everythings at the normal position before I start twiddling with stuff....

Why not take note of how many turns either way you do and then just do the opposite to move them back to where they were?

Cos I didnt get the bike brand new and I don't know what other Tossers have done to bugger it up (which I am probably about to do )
