Standard suspension settings

Evening peeps,

I know I should look in the handbook but I'm stuck at work bored stupid and would like to know if any of you know off hand what the standard suspension settings are for the back shock. I'll have a look in the morning if you all draw a blank

One and a half turns, anticlockwise from the full H mark. If thats what you mean

The rear shock preload adjuster on my 06 12 has a small red dot and 'standard' on it.
