Stebel horn fitment

Got a used Stebel horn to fit, which way should the opening point?

Forwards - risk filling with water and noise reflected off screen

Backward - noise straight towards you but possibly good bounce of engine so will spread out ok

I have a nautilus on mine and it points downwards - plenty load enough.

Forward, just drill a small hole at the back to let water drain away...no probs.

Down and back

I think mine is down and back. Don't want any water up it or it's toast!
