You can’t rotate the wheel so you not cutting the disc so unless you have a stihl saw to cut the shaft in half, you ain’t getting that out.
Shame BM didn't perfected the anti-theft system built directly into the gearbox that locks the transmission and rear wheel. I mean ASA does something similar. Some idiot already tried to cut the shat at the joint 
Hiplock just launched an extra large lock so it will solve few issues with wheel size.
A double tracker set up looks like a solution, somebody posted here https://www.facebook.com/groups/409576932432607/?locale=en_GB how he managed to recover the bike in 45 minutes.
If the OP is in the City often, there are some super secure places. Will cost, around £95 a month in one particular spot. Not NCP & Co lot.

It was your (I think) reference to a locking centre stand that I had misunderstood.
A tight fitting disc lock, through the rear disc, is very good at putting off simple push away thefts.

Weird isn’t it. A mate rides his 1300GS into town most days, parks it up unlocked, leaves the key in the glove compartment. Never had any bother. He’s got a fridge full of butter, mind.
That’s in the wrong place, it should be here, you can get the lock so it’s covered by the shaft housing and impossible to rotate the wheel
Look again where mine is placed, the final drive has a recess so it traps the lock and the wheel will not rotate once the lock is fitted, this only works with mag wheels.

Thanks for all of your suggestions to improve security guys - the good, the bad and the violent! I also looked into using an old nail to get about on that is less desirable, but I literally ride the GSA every day for work and pleasure and nothing else ticks all the boxes/can do everything that I use the bike for plus I don’t really want the cost of running two bikes.So…
I have invested in a late 2024 Triple Black from The Bike Specialists. Only done 1,800 miles and am about to pull the trigger on a bunch of diamond rated locks and chains, plus a new tracker (still more research to do on that) plus also invested in a hefty baseball bat that I have christened ‘The Avenger’. Hopefully will pick the bike up in about 10 days. Wish me luck!

The issue with these is they're not insurance approved. Many insurance companies now insist on you having an approved (Thatchem) tracker fitted or they won't cover you.
It's for peace of mind. Noticed that some people have 2 trackers. A decoy a the back up. Fcking country....
Yes true. I'm not saying they're bad just not approved and will be an additional cost over an approved system. Either way likelyhood police won't do anything anyway. Someone I know had their car nicked few days days ago, tracker told him where it was, inside a garage. He told the police, they said "we can't go in there without permission" WTF within hours the car minus it's tracker was gone!
So yer fcking he'll what's the point.
Real issue insurance companies don't give a shit, they'll payout reap the profits and just keep upping all the premiums. Last I looked they work on 80% profitability, so there no insensitive to sort it properly, all they do is pay lip service. Justice system is screwed decades of cuts so there's little real deterrent.

Lots of good suggestions here and I think the way forward is a Litelock through the spokes and tyre so they do not cut the discs. God it makes me cross.

So what. I have one for my peace of mind and knowing I can locate the bike. My mate recovered his after having it stolen.
I don't declare any security on my bike and the premium is acceptable.
