The CB50V was to commemerate the little hondas that were raced in the 60's it is basically build as a collectable for the Japanese market, but grey imports are around. Its expensive but quite exotic.
The CL400 could be a retro for the Japan market, they have a huge 400cc segment due to their licensing laws, Suzuki also have a couple of very nice retro trail bikes that look similar, outside (i think via the US) these can become 450's just with a small stroke change.
