For sale is my 2019 Honda X-ADV 750.
I bought this bike / ped / scoot / ADV to scratch an itch without spending an absolute fortune on one.
I managed to find this one, a Cat S, due to panel damage (now repaired) from attempted theft, in London, where the chap had had enough of people trying to steal it! Cosmetically its good, but not as new – I was going to put some decals on it, but just don’t think its that bad!
My local factory trained Honda mechanic has done the 8k mile service early (current mileage is 6800), and gone over the bike with a fine toothcomb to declare all is good, as no previous history came with the bike
Extras include brand new Pirelli tyres fitted (300miles), Puig touring screen, Spots, Nav mount with USB power, full GIVI framework for top box and bags, adventure pegs, EasyBlock wheel lock (that saved the bike), Wavy discs, and an upgraded horn that is rather loud. Grip Puppies are also fitted. A fakrovic exhaust is fitted (original also included) with baffle for a little loudness – not excessive. A very neat Cobbra chain oiler is fitted too. Full Givi framework for panniers and topbox of your choice. Two keys.
The DCT gearbox is a hoot, and you can override if you want paddle shift control. Sports mode makes it surprisingly quick, and faster around twisties than the 1200’s I have ridden with. Comfy at 80 mph on motorways too – with more in reserve.
Until I recently lost a bit of weight, I expected this to be my last bike, however I find that I can manage my Crosstourer (DCT) again, so will stick with that until I again buy another X-ADV.
Price wise , I would like £5850 please – cheap to reflect the cat S status. For 6k I will include a Hiplock D1000 for your additional peace of mind...
Happy to put a new MOT on it if needed…
The bike puts a smile on my face each time I ride it, and I will certainly buy another when my time with the Crosstourer ends. With two other bikes the Xadv wont get the use it deserves
