I wouldn't and I don't even like my 1150.
Yes - but the only for a straight swap for a new one 
No way, I'm afraid the reliability issues over the last few years make it a complete no no for me.
I wish we could have' keyless' though..............don't you?

You're probably right. But if the purchase price wasn't an issue, would it still be the same, or is the 1100/1150
Still seen as a "superior" machine ?
Price is not an issue for me Spud. If I really wanted a new bike I could have one but the bike I have does all that I want it to do and we have a lot of miles done together so I see no reason to change. I do all my own maintenance work, know my bike very well after over eleven years and am confident enough to take her anywhere.

To be fair - I have only tried the 2010 and 2013 (I dont think that was water cooled) bikes...
but no.....
I did like the extra grunt having come from a K1200S but didn't like the seating position or general feel of the instruments etc...
So having persuaded Mrs Newboy of the sensible nature of my biking loves - i have cunningly spent even more tarting up my 1150 to about 3 tons of farkles...
but no.....
