Hi all.
I have had the bike a few months now and while I noticed these wires bare from the start I never really thought much of them until a non biker mate mentioned them the other day, which got me thinking, are they meant to be exposed as they are.
The wires go are on each side of the bike roughly where my knee's are while riding (I'm sure there is a technical name for that part) I have looked at pics of other similar bikes but can see no wires so am a little curious.

Any advice/comments welcomed..

My mate has a Power Commander on his GS. The wiring looks similar to yours. Is there a Power Commander nestling under the seat?

Indeed there is a wee box of tricks under the seat... So I'm assuming this is additional wiring to go with the power commander.

Can I get a cover for it from somewhere or is it a case of just taping it up????

His looks worse than yours. Its been taped up and doesn't look at all OEM. If there was a cover I would have thought he would have it. Unfortunately he doesn't do biking in the winter so it might be some time before I see him to confirm.

Well, its not going anywhere and has done many miles like it is. If someone has any ideas on how I can make it look all neat and tidy I would appreciate them.
