Stupid abs question

Or is it.

I have a K3 GSA with ABS, but, cannot seem to turn it off. I press the ABS button on the bars but it does nothing....

Is there something I'm missing?????

I dont have the books for my bike yet.....

Turn off ignition and turn on holding down the button?

Switch off the ignition and then hold the ABS button whilst you switch it on again. It will stay off until you restart the bike

There is no such thing as a stupid question when it involves BMW ABS systems.
I would argue that any system that requires reading a manual is asking for trouble.

It's a ridiculous assumption that all owners must be able to read in the first place. I think it alienates the illiterate!
