During a longer trip this weekend I noticed a strange behavior. After been riding approximately 250 km I stopped to feed myself. In the beginning of the trip it had been raining but it stopped after a while. However, 30 minutes later I started the bike and went out on the highway. Went to the sixth gear and paced in 110 km/h a few seconds before I decided to increase the speed to overtaking the car in front. I twisted the throttle but the speed didn't increased. 
When doing this the bike sounded a bit strange, some kind of misfiring sound. I let the throttle go a little and the bike sounded normal and went on in 110 km/h as normal. Tried three times more and got similar behavior. 
Went on in 110 km/h for a couple of km's and tried again and then the bike worked as normal. Been riding two days after that with no problem.
Any ideas of what it could be?
Not funny if the bike suddenly stops out of now where.
