Summer east mids rally anyone??

Hi all,
I've managed to finally find a fantastic location for a wee get together in the summer if you fancy it
Our local scout campsite is available to hire on the weekend of the 19th to 21st of August,
It has toilets, showers ,and a kitchen,plenty of room and we can have a campfire
It's out of the way so we won't bother anyone,
Also hard standing for three or four camper vans.
Whilst it's not expensive to hire ( for what you're getting)we would need enough attendees to keep the cost down.
If we can muster 30 campers we could run a fully catered event with breakfast and evening meals etc,
Any volunteers to help?
Mainly cooks,ride leaders etc.
Plus a clean up crew on sunday

Assuming I'm not working weekends by then and assuming Sarah's well enough and assuming I can get a room at a nearby pub - I'm in.

Happy to help clear up on the Sunday, assuming I'm there.

Main thing is to get a few folk committing to come,
ill book the site if we can get 20 campers
The place has hosted a national scout rally with 200plus campers,so we won't run out of space
