Woke up with the birds this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so hit the road at 5.20am. Haven't been on bike for ages. Didn't know that the Welly wouldn't be open so early so kept going to Oban. Found a caff for some rolls and coffee. Sorted. Had to follow a uniformed gent in Mitsubishi 4x4 for quite some time from Arrochar but thankfully he made reasonable progress and I eventually got past him when we hit a tail of traffic heading south by Loch Lomond. Was really nice out and forecast is good all week on the west coast. A nice wee 264 mile circle.
