The factory fit sump guard on the old 1200GS and GSA was shyte and for off road and got ripped off too easily. Needed to be replaced with a decent aftermarket one (BMW / Touratech etc).
Is the stock sump guard on the new 1200 GS any better? Or is it the same old story?
(Haven't seen the new 1200 yet but have ordered a GSA blind....
