Last week I fitted a new rear disc (along with new pads) - I went for the Brembo Oro disc, with new bolts. Think it took me an hour. Including a full clean and re-grease of the caliper sliders.
But, along with my order from Motorworks, I bought some new rubber caps for the vacuum connections on the throttle bodies.
They looked like they would be too tight compared too they old ones (which, externally, looked perfect). They pushed in just fine.
Well, all I can say is I now have a near perfect, stable idle! I thought it wasn't bad. But now! Yay!
