Surrey Trail Ride (Wombat Hunt)

Got back earlier from the Wombat Hunt - I ducked out after lunch because my off-road fitness is just not good enough!!!!

Good mix of trails including mud, sand, ruts and rocky climbs. I came off a couple of times, but nothing fast so no injuries

Sorry about holding everyone up with my chain issues.

Thanks to Roy for leading and Wreford for sweeping up.

I did see a camera so I am sure there will some pics soon.

Cheers again to Roy for leading... The camera missed it but I saw your slow speed spill made me smile anyway, considering some of the speeds you must've been doing at other times.

I think that was Pinkytiff........the only thing he could not do was a ford that was just too deep for the 1200 - very impressed!!!

Hmm, I know it's easy to blame something else, but the new bike seems to have developed a habit of cutting out, just when I need to put on the power after going slow. Something to get the dealer to look at. Or perhaps I need to just go fast all the time.
