Even though I’m tall and heavy I’m finding my new R12 G/S suspension very firm. It’s enduro pro equipped by the way.
I’ve dropped the rear preload all the way down and turned the front down too ( difficult to know how far because there’s no ‘clicks’).
As a side note the plastic tool for the front preload stripped almost immediately so I resorted to a 13mm ring spanner and some cling film to prevent scratching.
With these settings it feels absolutely fine which surprises me as fully wound up must be rock solid.
Any other experiences or comments?
Maybe it’ll soften up with more miles and I’ll have to add more preload.

Not sure how ‘quality’ the suspension is

Didn’t feel it when I tried one for 2 hours

Damping was harsh and I guess somewhat over sprung

However I didn’t have the time or inclination to adjust it
