Have a look here, this is what I did
I also put a 42 tooth Thruxton rear sprocket on, no need to change the chain, absolutely transformed the bike
T100 - T120 Round 2

I had IKON rear shocks, and either Hagon or IKON progressive (I can't remember which) front fork springs with spacers. It made a noticeable difference. I can't remember what fork oil I used. I always thought the bike was slow to turn in and found that I was using counter steering more than i have done with other bikes. They're a nice bike, I had mine for six years, no reliability issues at all.
