For Sale Suzuki DL650

I think so. An absolute pleasure to ride and unlike most 650's you don't miss the extra grunt of the 1050...it has a surprising amount of torque from tickover! Deceptively rapid pulling through mid range, so overtakes are a breeze.

Final bump before I decide if I will just keep it. Very well priced for this example so new owner I'm sure will be delighted. Take a punt for the summer, save your blingy GS's from being bashed on the trails!

someone is missing a treat here very under rated bike loved mine

I do keep looking at this lovely bike just hope some one buys it soon before I sucome to all things shiny.
Never had one back in the day a couple of my freinds had them but I didn't want to go down the finance HP route so ended up with a old honda cb750 which was great apart from the single front disc & rear drum I had quite a few brown trouser moments trying to stop .
Ian.

It rides as well a it looks Ian, one of those classic designs which becomes very endearing due to the nature of the engine, the comfort and reliability.

Sunday bump! Secretly, I won't be that disappointed if it doesn't sell, so grab your chance while it's still available.

Just one question -if it’s a genuine 8k miles from new , why does you picture show 9357 ?

I corrected that as an edit Arsey if you had actually read through the posts. See post #4

It is 9,357 genuine miles which is nothing on a DL650 motor.

Bump from my wheelchair which is a clue I'll not be able to get much use from this fabulous bike this year!

Let's try £2,650 ( and now I feel like "cut-me-own-throat Dibbler" from Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels here!)

It isn’t going much lower. It’s too good to give away. Many people spend more on a watch…

It'll be a good bike in a bad selling market... Plenty of non solids around at the mo I'm afraid...

Yes. There’s too many tyre kickers wanting something for nothing presently. The price asked is way more than reasonable as anyone who has seen the bike have commented. Some of my buddies think I’m mad selling it but wheelchair means its a shame it’ll not be used this year. That being the case, I’ll put it under wraps until able to use it again if it doesn’t sell.

Garage space needed so up again, £2500. I've bought a service kit for it (due now). Only done £1100 miles since last one but like to keep it serviced annually. Not in a position to do it due to recovery ongoing but will include it (filters, plugs etc).

Last call before I trade it in against a new bike. £2300 firm buys it.
