Took a notion to re-visit my yoof and bought myself a 1976 Suzuki GT185, similar to a bike I had many years ago, although I was more into Yam RD's then.
Anyone know of the value of a bike like this these days? It's taxed and MOT'd and in reasonable condition. 2 owners from new!! Could do with a new rear mudgaurd (chrome) if anyone knows where I might get hold of one.
A wee bit of a problem with a lack of power but I found one of the carb floats had been raised so much to stop it flooding that it was starving it of fuel. A new needle and seat should sort it. Looking forward to spending a bit of time tinkering in the garage!!!
