SW Motech Crash Bars - Will they fit with.......

I am considering buying a pair of SW Motech lower crash bars for my 2008 BMW 1200 GS, but I have some BMW cylinder covers fitted. Does anyone know if I can fit the crash bars with the covers fitted.

Have some fitted to my 2010 with the plastic head covers. Works fine.
