If you are careful, you can remove it without damaging it. It's not registered to the car - or wasn't when i last went there

Got it at the border crossing last week and it is NOT vehicle specific as no registration number was required. Unlike the e- vignette which is tied to your registration plate.

Stuck and removed but still usable
