As if enough was not enough

The ADAC motorcycle touring book of Switzerland has landed on my mat. This is the sister book to one I picked up whilst touring the Black Forest. It has 15 routes in it, which if the Black Forest book is anything to go by, will all be good.

I have already transcribed the the Black Forest / Vosges routes into Mapsouce http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=244746

I have already transcribed the the Black Forest / Vosges routes into Mapsouce and will lob them up on UKGSer shortly. The Swiss ones I will get round to, later. Watch this space.....

Have you seen "Motorcycle Journey's Through The Alsp And Beyond"?

Something like 80 trips listed (1/2 day - 1 days ride each) and 322 passes listed, I used it for theis years trip and without it I would not have crammed half as much into my trip, wll worth the dosh.

Yup, seen, bought the book and tried the routes. I have an old edition but I guess the roads don't change that much.

Once you get used to the style it's a good book.

We rode all his routes for the eastern Dolomites, including the 17 passes in one day affair. It's an all day ride that is for sure.

Alpine Roads is another good site, along with several others.

All 15 now complete.

I will join these into the German Alps and Dolomite routes I have created already. I will also add in some routes for the French Alps from the Michelin 80 Virees a moto thread to create one giant Alpine file.
