AVG did its job and stopped the virus being executed on your system.
As stated in the other thread, clear the vault.
The vault exists to protect you against false positives i.e. detecting a virus in a file you trust.
I found AVG did this far too often for my liking and was one of the Avast evangelists that Fanum mentions in your other thread.
