I have paid the £14.99 to enable synchronisation of my Hotmail account with Outlook on my PC.

An issue has arisen in recent months (can't quite work out when) in that Hotmail or Outlook doesn't seem to be putting all the fields into my Outlook "Sent" folder.

The important one missing is the "To" field as I quite often want to sort by this field.

If I patiently click on the messages in the Sent folder then the "To" column gets completed or downloaded but that took some time with over 200 messages to click on this morning!

There must be setting that has changed or a better way of getting all the data downloaded. Has anyone come across this and knows the solution please?

Normally it is automatic, but Hotmail has been a bit flakey today.

What version of Outlook?

With (e.g.) Outlook 2007 - select the Sent Items folder, select all messages (CTRL+A), then select the menu item Tools/Send/Receive/Mark To Download Messages. Finally select the menu item Tools/Send/Receive/Process Marked Headers in this Folder.

Outlook 2003 - but the commands you suggest look the same.

Will give it a go when I have some ready to synch.

Many thanks.

As you say, surely it should be automatic!
