System 4 Helmet leeking

Anyone had problems with their System 4 helmet leeking in through the top of the visor? I reckon my problem is the rubber strip which the dealer is going to replace but just wondered if it was a common problem>

has always leaked in heavy rain...

And another! Mind you, I have never considered it a great problem. It generally only does it in really heavy rain, and then I have other things to think about so i dont really notice it. The thing that I really dont like about mine is the draught I get across the eyes.
