System 4 Helmet - Visor Removal

Hi Folks
Can anyone remind me how to remove (and refit) my system 4 helmet visor please? I'm afraid I've lost my handbook.

It kind of pulls slightly up, (or it could be down), and then towards you, (as you are looking at it)

It is not a smooth removal

One side usually comes out before the other

The ends that fit into the helmet are quite fragile, if fact I broke a visor whilst riding, so make sure that when you put is back it works properly, (I use a small amount of Vaseline on the jagged edges)

I also found that the inner coating, (presumably the anti mist element), on the inside of the visor started to peel off

Not sure if it is the same as the System 5 but if it is:

Chin guard down, Visor up all the way (goes 1 extra notch beyond normal full opening) and then pull one side of the visor straight towards you.
Make sure you pull it straight towards you as in 180 degrees.
You can see the pin in between chin guard and helmet.
