System 5 headset fitment

Anyone have any experience of fitting an Intaride/Autocom/Starcom headset to a System 5 lid please?

Have tried the lid for size, happy with that and the deal that Prestige will do for me, the only thing holding me back is the nuts and bolts of fitting my headset.

I've looked at the Autocom site instructions but they dont appear to be that detailed.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Starcom here in a System 5 here. took a bit of faffing about with extra velcro fasteners to get a decent and secure fit. perhaps the boom mike would have been a better option but the standard (full face) setup works fine.

Thanks John all sorted now, except the lid hurts my forehead and so after 100 miles and one day I've got it up for sale on the Forum

Mine hurt my forehead as well when it was quite new. I found that if I didnt initially fit the helmet by pulling outwards on the chin straps to flex the lid that it went on too tightly. Seems fine now after putting it on and off over the course of 1000 miles
