System 6 vibration

I bought a System 6 and when I used it with the visor open I found that it vibrated as I rode. It got so bad I held the visor to stop the vibration and the visor came away in my hand.

The helmet was eventually replaced and I got it today, only to find it vibrated again. This happened with the visor fully opened or at any of the stops.

With the chin guard open fully or the visor closed there was no vibration.

Has anyone had similar problems?

Had a system 6 for a while now and had no problems at all with it.

I have exactly the same problem - at any speed over about 50 - vibrates too much to see through clearly unless completely open or tight shut. I am hoping the wunderlich spoiler that is on order might improve it !

Mine doesn't vibrate but once the visor has been open then closed I get wind noise and have to push on the top of the visor on the left, it then clicks shut.

Also I find it slightly loose and it feels like the helmet is resting on my glasses at the front, the smaller size was too tight though

Still dont think it much quieter than my old arai Condor
