So when I sold my 1150GS I kept the plastic System Top box, with a view of fitting it to my GS Adventure.
I've spoken to Southport SBs and to get it to fit, I need to replace quite a lot, including the seat. Therefore I would be better buying one of the Aluminium top boxes and plate.
So a number of questions here:
- Anyone tried it?
- What should I go for, instead?
- In the case of the Beemer Alu top box the price is 270UKp for 30L.
The System Luggage is 35L and my laptop bag just fits. Is there anyone in the Preston area willing to let me try theirs?
