Another thumbs up for Luke ( Denz0 ) at T-Tech Suspension.
I sent a Wilbers WESA rear shock in for service on the 15th of this month and it was sorted and back on the bike by the 19th.
Brilliant service ounce again.
Yep, had my rear unit done on my GS just before Christmas. A proactive service as I approach 30k miles (5 years old), and a couple of longer trips planned for 2024 (if all goes well, Pyrenees on 24th April, Norway mid-June with my Mrs on the pillion, and a possible Euro trip with Mark (ikkje) in September).
Last spring a mate was getting his bike ready for our big trip (Italy, Greece, Transylvania etc) and just before the trip his rear ESA suspension unit lost all damping (his GS is 2015, but only ~15k miles) - Lucasz fixed it in double-quick time, ready for our trip.
As a result of the spring 2023 findings, two of us sent our rear ESA units to Lucasz for proactive work to be sure they're reliable for 2024...
Lucasz does say worth getting them done proactively as you approach 30k miles...
Think I will do the front unit as well next winter
Sorted out my rear shock on my Multistrada, rebuild and a heavier spring (he had in stock) for peanuts compared to other places I talked to
Turned it round really quickly great job
Had my 2008 GSA suspension completely overhauled by Luke, dropped off the bike midday Monday and collected it midday Wednesday, picked me up from the station as well. Bike rides like a dream on shox that perform better than new. Top notch service

another +1 for lukas he,s just repared my track-tive rear shock and respung ot to suit my weight excellent servie fro a top guy bike rides better than ever before excellent service highly recommended
Lucasz totally rebuilt my suspension, fitted cartridges, rear spring etc etc to my weight and transformed my X-country which was a real dog with everything there knackered.
He also did a TIG repair on my exhaust bracket which I also found to be broken.
Top man- heartily recommended
Interesting this. I’m quite possibly wrong but have a feeling my current 1250 isn’t as well suspended as my old TC though it’s been a while since owning nor my last Wilbers fitted 1150 understandably. I wonder if a respring/service on the 1250 would be an improvement? I’m not slating the 1250..far from it, but the 1200 felt ‘better’.
