Will a standard BMW tank bag off a R1100 GS fit an Adventure?

The tank is wider. Not longer or taller.

Top profile does seem slightly more raised too - but the normal one fits my ADV tank just fine.

Compared to the new 1200GS tankbag, the standard Beemer tankbag on my Adv looks like the cherry on top of a fairy cake. Bloody small. Then again, I grew up with a Harro elephant boy tankbag. Didn't need panniers.
