Tank Needed

Buy or borrow, but i'd like to buy a tank to fit my 88 R100GS Palavalever, i'd like it not to be a leaky pile of shite like i've managed to have, anything considered to get me back on the road quickly or i might be happy to buy something either trick or sexy or both trick and sexy.

The tank i have fitted is not the small one, nor is it the big one as fitted to the basics (i think), perhaps 22ltrs i think.

It has rotted out around the front tank mount, its been bodged once already and I will try to get it welded up eventually.

It will fit straight on. It just has the flush filler cap instead of the raised twist in one like yours.

Many thanks all sorted, picked up the R100R tank today from John

Just got to get a cap for it now £70 it appears from motor works

Right Tanks on, got taps (had to seal with o rings rather than fibre washers cos thats all i had)

The cap arrived, it fits the hole OK but leaves a 1/4" ish hole around the outside, is there a trim to fit or have i got the wrong cap

Theres a plastic piece that pushes on.

Part number 8. Theres also an O ring (no 7)
