Technical Telelever Wishbone/ bottom yoke Nut

I can't remember but, the nut assembly holding my telelever wishbone to my bottom yoke is exposed. I have a feeling it had a cover before my service but can't exactly remember

Anyone confirm whether it should have a cover or not. If not I'll have to get one!!
