Telelever bolt

I've done the search............

How do i get the telelever bolt out ?

I can undo the bolt on the RHS of the bike but it spins stiffly and doesn't unscrew.

Any ideas ?

Do i need an airgun ?

I'm stuck in the dismantle process.

Ah-ha !

Looks like theres a plastic cover - that looks exactly like an allen head bolt on mine - that needs to come out first.
