Went for a test ride on the GS 650-de-tuned 800 last month and was a little disappointed to say the least,at the moment i ride a HONDA CB 750 F2,I was also supposed to ride the 800 but they had sold it the day before my test ride,so today they got an 08 plate 800 in and i went for a test ride,well the difference between the two are night and day,so much more low down grunt and just felt a different bike altogether,was only meant to be out an hour but returned two hours later with a smile on my face,the weather was rain and shine and did not bother the bike one little bit,now i know what my next bike is going to be fantastic.

Hello mate welcome on board. I did 7 years for my sins most of it up in Arbroath (45 and Commachio.) Go for the 800, ive got a 09 plate and its the dogs bollox. Just back from Scotland on it, fort william and Spean Bridge. Nice to be up there without a bergan on
