It was outside my work, an Italian community centre, we held Social Security Tribunals there. He was attending a funeral wake at the time. He was a drunk, middle aged white man - a total gobshite hardman wannabe! I'm sympathetic to the lower socio-economic upbringing argument but he should have paid full damages not the shitty 25% he did pay me, even if it took him another 4 years to repay. And that was the courts decision.

I thought it hilarious that some in the UK are calling for different sentences depending on the criminal's colour!
Your country is fucked. Lammy and Abbot , from what I can, see are racist.

Some snowflakes on that forum seem to "give it out" but dont like it when common sense gets posted !
