Bought a sump guard for my KTM Adventurer many months ago.

Set out to Turkey end of May and got as far as Belgium when I noticed the sump guard bracket had fractured and the guard was just dangling there.

4 zip ties were sucessful as a temporay fix.
I emailed/texted rugged roads and sent picture of the problem.

They sent a replacement braket to a postal address in Turkey FOC.

When I arrived in Turkey some 6 dyas later, the bracket was there and I replaced the broken parts.

Set back again with no problems.

I recently received two replacement GSA 1200 fog lamp guards FOC from Rugged roads because one of my original ones( almost 1 year old )had cracked and they had updated the design.

My initial enquiry had been to purchase a replacement, so 10/10 for customer service in supply updated parts FOC.

Top Notch supplier of all things bling for the GSA.
