Remember that .... it was very nice.... guess the best thing about a Sporty engine is they are bomb proof and very usable over a Shovel...
 
yes i will agree with you a missed opportunity there . i could stay as i am and get a sportster chop !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

didn't you used to have a nice Sporty Chop....... oh.... hang on...

The problem is that it's very nearly as expensive to build as a proper chop but at the end of it what you have is ............. a Sportster :ymca2

I wonder if these updates are coming fast enough for Lord Snooty? :green gri

Today we fitted the forwards and seat to check for size, then ordered the bars :cool:

In retrospect the tanks that came with the donor bike were looking a little suspect, plus they were too slim for the style of bike, so I've put some more up to date new ones on. :aidan

There are a few more benefits too: they bolt straight on to the frame, clean inside and the painter will thank me :rob

I have now fitted a cat eye dash as well :thumb
