.Sticky backed plastic, was it done by Blue Peter?
That looks good. Lets see some pics of it outside. How much did he charge?

:he took all the panels off and did a fab job, took 3.5hrs in total, £80![]()
Which panels did he have to take off, other than the centre tank panel, and the ones he wrapped? Did you get them to wrap the small deflector screen under the windscreen? I did!
That's a god deal.Which panels did he have to take off, other than the centre tank panel, and the ones he wrapped? Did you get them to wrap the small deflector screen under the windscreen? I did!

How did he manage with the compound curves? Hot air gun? I stuck a rectangular piece on the lid of my alloy top box the other day. That was a flat panel but still difficult to avoid creases and/or bubbles.

.

Steve I'd suggest you find someone else to do the job because it sounds like they don't no how to apply the stuff.
Carbon wrap should not lift if they use 1080 as its designed for commercial outside use ie cars, bikes etc. I've recently done a bonnet and door pillars in 1080 a few months ago and the vehicle has sat out in the sun and its fine. The 3m di-noc that peeps used was never designed for exterior usage and would lift .
