Falloffathon day 2 pics.
Traffic jam, on a green lane, whatever next!
Forry grinning for the camera.
Orla, looking like she's missing someone.
Breakfasted and raring to go.
Hands working at the speed of light. Andy's clutch lever got snapped off.
Timolgra - "Thats my adjustable spanner!"
If you go down to the woods today.....
Doesn't look too steep, does it?
Playing in the water.
Tina and Orla working out who is going to splash who.
Forry emerging from the undergrowth
Followed by Orla.
Then Tina.
And finally, I manage to get a rare shot of camera shy Timpo actually riding his bike!
At this point of the trail, Andy has lost momentum.
But just before this point he gained a whole lot of it. The track is behind the bank!
Happily both bike and rider were OK.
A thouroughly enjoyable day. It got a tad chilly later in the day, with flurries of sleet, but that didn't bother us. Riding lanes in the dark was a new experience for me, and showed up the pitiful excuse for a headlight on the Honda. Orla's KTM was similarly dimly equiped, but it made you concentrate on what the terrain felt like under your wheels, because you couldn't see it! Mechanical glitches were only water/muck in Orla's float bowl, Andy's lever, and I had an enforced stop when some fence wire wrapped itself around the rear hub. Only one puncture (mine) which only manifested itself as we turned towards the trailers. Big thanks to Timpo for leading

, and to everyone else for being bloody good company
