I went to the Suzuki dealers in Cupar once, the missus thought it was Coupar Angus, both of which are south of Aberdeen. Thankfully she followed me down the A90, but was confused when I didn't take the A94 when we were passing Forfar :D

I did it from Coupar Angus as your route starts from Perth so no point in starting there.

At least those are just about in the same area. You should try St Ives, Cornwall versus St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

I doing the same idea tomorrow; I'm riding my GSA to Lidl (8 miles each way) to buy some marigold plants as mine haven't germinated!
 
Just on the phone to the local constabulary informing them to be on the look out for a short fat hairy individual with an open pusser riding a hardly, all the description they need they told me, they know exactly who it is. :blast
