Well my 27 inch quad core turned up today and i must say its far too good for you lot, the display is incredible, everything works straight from the box, absolutely fantastic !

i finally got to try the magic mouse today at the apple store today. most of my earlier stated concerns didn't amount to much, but it's really not an ideal shape for my hand. anyway after a bit of dithering, i decided to buy.

sadly, i then found they were out of stock

so looks like i'll be sticking with the old mighty mouse for a while yet. as i am one of only a handful of people i've ever heard of that actually like them, it won't be too great an ordeal.
