1 On the day when you think you might fall back to your wicked ways start the day with a shower !
2 After showering and drying off ...
3 Depending on whether you are right or left handed ...
4 stick the middle finger of your dominant hand up your arse ..
5 Everytime, for the rest of that day that you ponder a fag, you will have to hold your shite finger next your nose to remind you of your shite habit
