Just back from a spin over the Sally Gap - absolutely fantastic run !!

If anyone has a chance this evening I'd highly recommend you get off the PC and on to your bike!!! Weather is great up there, not too many cages in the way and the cyclists will have all headed home at this stage.

Read your post yesterday, then looked out the window and thought ….what am I doing here?

So up over Sally gap, down to Laragh, and over to Glenmalure.

Really enjoyed it.

And then home and in to work to start my night shift.
