Ive come to a descision the best man to do my servicing with the best customer attitude putting me first is ......of course me
im in the position that i no longer need to have servicing done at dealers as part of the warranty work etc etc and i can only sympathise with those that are at the hands of unscrupulous dealers with poor customer skills, i lost all my faith in the customer service side of things with the bike shop i was involved with, but now i do all my own work (as an ex bike mechanic) and answer only to me if there is a problem with my wheels again im sorry if some of you guys are stuck in the "service cycle" ,so to speak..............However!!
im so glad to see that a lot of you guys are not only happy with your shops but are willing to recommend them to us aswell this goes a long way to restoring some of my faith,that not all dealers put the till before us .........keep up the good work ....your all doing very well (young mr Grace !!)
