Just received my new Arai Tour X from Una at the Visor shop .
Rang them on Monday to check it was available, but it wasn't - Una called back within 10 minutes to say she now had one and did I want it - Helmet, spare and Iridium visor (for track days 'hofficer', honest) turned up this morning.

Fantastic service - really chuffed.

I know there are a few mixed posts here about the Visor Shop, but that's the fourth bit of kit I've had from them and they've always been spot on.

I had my Tour-X from them but did not get the kit to remove the peak did you? Took 5 months to turn up from Japan when ordered though local dealer.

I have also used them before - brilliant service, even when i had a small complaint about some emails they had sent to me, they sent me a free visor..... Brilliant

Kit to remove peak?? Eh?? Oh - right! that's what those bits are for. I had no idea - nearly turfed them out as junk. You guys are good.....
