Live in London and recently had a sparkly new Africa Twin stolen from my front garden. It was all locked up with chains and a ground anchor etc but some pro thieves made light work of it all.

Have owned many GSs in the past and wondering whether a much older bike may be less prone to being nicked. Do many people with say a c.2011 GS get their bike nicked these days?

GS is more likely to be borrowed - so many and lots of people like spares + much to my irritation although great for spares James Sherlock LOVE to sell theft kits !!!
